using our website for commercial purposes, Aloe Health UK shall not be liable
for any loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss or corruption of data, or other
economic loss arising in connection with this Agreement.
6.5 These terms and conditions do not exclude our liability (if any) to you for
personal injury or death resulting from our negligence, or for any matter which
it would be illegal for Aloe Health UK to attempt to exclude its liability and
do not affect your statutory rights.

and are not covered by these terms and conditions.
6.7 If you access other sites using the links provided, we cannot be responsible
for the content of those sites or for the way in which they deal with you or use
any information they may acquire about you.
7. Your liability
7.1 You shall compensate us in full if we incur any losses or if any claims or
legal proceedings are brought or threatened against us by any other person
arising from your use of our website.
8. Acceptance of these terms
8.1 This Agreement is deemed to be made in England and is subject to English law
and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
9. Matters beyond reasonable control
9.1 Neither party is liable for any breach of this Agreement that is caused by a
matter beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, fire, lightning,
explosion, war, flood, industrial disputes, sabotage, extremely severe weather,
or acts of local or central Government or other competent authorities.
10. Purchasing of products from Aloe Health UK
10.1 To purchase a product you must be 18 or over on the date of purchase.
10.2 All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. By
submitting your order you are offering to buy the products at the price set out
in the order and allowing us to use your personal details to supply the

copy of them for your information in the future.
10.4 We are not obliged to supply the products you have ordered until we have
confirmed that we have accepted your order. No contract will exist until we have
accepted your order.
10.5 All prices include VAT where payable at the current rates. If the product
is out of stock or we are unable to supply exactly what has been ordered (or if
there has been a price increase) we will contact you.
10.6 We aim to process your order as soon as possible and subject to the
delivery method chosen at the time of ordering, but please allow up to 14 days
for delivery to UK addresses. If we have not delivered the products within 30
days for UK addresses, or 60 days for Non-UK addresses from the date of our
acceptance you may cancel the contract and we will refund any money paid by you.
10.7 Aloe Health UK cannot take responsibility for the use of any product
purchased. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to satisfy themselves as to
the suitability of the product and potential for any allergic or adverse

10.9 The supply of any product by Aloe Health UK shall not imply or comprise
advice relating to suitability for use by the purchaser. Purchasers shall use
the product only as intended by the manufacturer and in accordance with any
directions provided with the product.
11. Credit/Debit Card Payments
11.1 You can pay by credit or charge card. We accept Amex, Diners, MasterCard,
Visa, and Switch. Payment by eCheque will be subject to clearance of funds into
our account which may take up to 14 days.
11.2 All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation checks and
authorisation by the card issuer. Aloe Health UK reserves the right to void or
refund any transaction if not satisfied with the validity of the card used to
make payment. The decision of Aloe Health UK in this respect is final.
11.3 If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we
will not confirm acceptance of the order, no contract will be formed, and we
will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
11.4 PayPal and
Sagepay process credit card payments on behalf of Aloe Health UK.
Aloe Health UK are not responsible for losses incurred as a result of payment
processing by PayPal or Protx. If payment is taken by PayPal or Sagepay and not
credited to the Aloe Health UK account, or mutltiple payments are taken in error
the matter shall be between the Purchaser and PayPal or Sagepay.
11.5 Where a payment is incorrectly credited to the Aloe Health UK account, Aloe
Health UK will make a refund as soon as the error is discovered. Aloe Health UK
are not responsible for loss of interest or bank charges incurred as a result of
excess or duplicate payments.
12. Cancellation policy
12.1 You have the right to cancel the order for up to 14 days, starting from the
date of your order.
12.2 To cancel the contract you need to send a written cancellation request by
post to Aloe Health UK, 44c High Street, Chippenham, Ely, CB7 5PR UK; by email
to email@example.com; or by fax to 01638 723979.
12.3 You should arrange for the goods to be returned at your expense unopened in
good condition and adequately packed to the above address and we shall arrange
for a full refund (excluding return postage) within a maximum period of 30 days
from notice of cancellation.
12.4 Please note that your statutory rights are not affected. This cancellation
policy is separate and additional to our returns policy. However, if you do
choose to cancel, we would remind you that there is a legal requirement for you
to take good care of the goods until you have returned them to us.
13. Returns Policy
The products must be returned in re-sellable
condition, in original packaging and with seals intact within 14 days of
13.2 If we accept the returned goods we will arrange for a full refund
(excluding return postage) within a maximum period of 30 days from receipt of
the returned goods.
13.3 If the wrong product has been delivered, or the quantity is incorrect Aloe
Health UK may at their sole discretion make up the order to the required
quantity, or make a partial refund of the total price paid. Aloe Health UK may
require incorrect or excess products to be returned in which case they should be
returned in good re-sellable condition and the Customer is responsible for
making reasonable efforts to ensure safe return. Aloe Health UK will not collect
excess products, these must be returned by the Customer. If Aloe Health UK are
at fault in delivering excess unwanted products the postage cost of returning
the products may be refunded.
13.4 Incorrect or damaged goods must be notified to Aloe Health UK within 7 days
of receipt. No action to return or dispose of unwanted or damaged goods shall be
taken until the Customer has been instructed by Aloe Health UK on what action to
take. The Customer has a legal responsibility to keep unwanted goods safely
until they have been returned.
14.1 Postage and Packing is at the relevant rate for the Delivery Option
selected when Ordering.
14.2 Aloe Health UK will not deem an order "lost in transit" until 21 days have
elapsed since it was posted. For orders delivered to non-UK destinations a
period of 42 days will apply before an item will be accepted as "lost".
14.3 At the sole discretion of Aloe Health UK if an item is lost or damaged in
the post we may either refund or replace the item or items. No liability
whatsoever is accepted for consequential losses, inconvenience, or breach of
promise resulting from a lost package or item.
14.4 Aloe Health UK do not undertake to deliver by a specific time or date.
14.5 If a customer requires a delivery to be insured for its full value this
must be indicated at the time of ordering and an additional cost may be payable.
14.6 Aloe Health UK take no responsibility for the delivery of items where an
incorrect address has been provided. It is the responsibility of the purchaser
to provide full and correct address information while ordering.
14.7 If an order is returned "undelivered" due to an incorrect or
incomplete address being provided or because it was not collected from the post
office Aloe Health UK will make reasonable attempts to contact the customer to
arrange re-delivery. For heavier items that are costly to post we may make
an additional charge where the customer has provided incorrect address
15. Your personal information.
15.1 We will collect personal information in connection with the service we
provide, but only for the purposes of completing your order. The Aloe Health UK

16.1 You shall not assign or otherwise transfer this Agreement to any other
person without obtaining our prior written consent.
16.2 We reserve the right to assign all or part of this Agreement at any time to

offer to enter into a contractual relationship.
18. Bonus Product Scheme
18.1 The Bonus Product Scheme is a customer loyalty award scheme to which the
following conditions apply:
18.1 Entitlement to free products is assessed on the basis of retail price
excluding shipping costs. Bonus entitlement is awarded on the basis of 5%
of the purchase at the retail price of goods from Aloe Health UK. Only
goods ordered in the previous 12 months count towards the Bonus
18.2 To claim a bonus ordered goods must be paid for, and if subsequently
returned the value of any refund will be deducted from any bonus entitlement.
18.3 Bonus products may only be claimed on-line, they cannot be claimed by any

even if the goods are offered for sale at a discount.
18.5 Aloe Health UK reserves the right to withdraw the bonus scheme or to modify
its terms at any time and without notice.
18.6 Bonus earned cannot be claimed as cash or cash equivalent.
18.7 You must have sufficient bonus to cover the full price of the product, you
can't put your bonus towards a product and make the difference up with cash.
18.8 You can only claim free products in conjunction with other purchases with a
minimum value of £15.
18.9 The maximum bonus that can be used in a single transaction is £30.
